The Apex Rapid Portable Mobility Scooter has possibly, the most comfortable ride of any portable mobility scooter there is. Thanks to its innovative CTS (Comfort-Trac Suspension) front & rear shock absorbers. 
This model also features LED pavement lights, arthritis 'delta' style handlebars yet it can still easily split down into 5 manageable sections for transportation in most car boots.
