The 'deluxe' out door mobility scooter storage garage by Scooter Sheild is made from an even thicker waterproof PVC coated nylon, which fits onto a secure steel frame.
The garage has a steel plate that the scooter is driven onto, and the fabric is pulled over the top of the scooter, which can be secured in place with a velcro strap. 
There are material flaps welded on each side of the garage for charging points to be accessed.
