On a daily basis we get calls from customers who have bought mobility scooters, Rise & Recline chairs or similar items on the internet & after developing small problems they have nowhere to turn as the item is too big to return to where they have bought it. 

We certainly don't want this for our customers. So, we have created the below packages for a little added piece of mind!

Silver Mobility Scooter Care Package

We only use the finest quality bags to have our name on. The
only thing you have to do is choose which one best suits you!
There is a choice of many different shapes & styles to
accommodate most requirements. Some even have holders for
your crutches!

“Why do I need a warranty at my door?” I can hear you ask.
We recognise that, in the unfortunate event that you should
have a warranty issue with your new Mobility Scooter you may
not be able to easily bring your item back to store for a repair
as you would with say, a TV or a microwave.
Many places offer the warranty but can also make it hard or
unfair to claim for such issues by not always stating that there
is a home visit charge. Rest assured, with this policy, we will
cover the home visit, the warranty parts & the labour to fit
them!

the added peace of mind of home visits for the duration of the
manufacturer's warranty (if its 5 years warranty on the frame
for example & the frame breaks- we will still come to you).
Not just that, but this package also includes Mark Bates Ltd
Premium mobility scooter insurance, covering you from a
variety of events such as Theft, Accidental damage, public
liability claims & more importantly puncture repairs &
Breakdown Recovery for any event!

are manufactured to suit each of our chairs by the
